FLOWCHART PROCCES OF COURT ANNEXED MEDIATION AND JUDICIALL DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Violence is an activity that is detrimental to both sides of a fight and does not deserve to be emulated. These problems can be addressed in many ways. One of them is through the courts.
In court they will be questioned and will be determined who is guilty and the judge will be asked whether they want peace or not.But there is no certainty they will make peace or not. While on the Court, they will be given the proper mediation. At this stage they will be given instructions and the views of the various parties about the problems they are experiencing. If they decide to make peace will be declared the problem has been completed and they were reconciled. If not they will be given a briefing of the mediator, the parties and lawyers. If they agree, the judge will declare that they have made peace. If not they will return to the Court and back in the interrogation
